Delete your account

An account is only needed for online backups. Deleting it permanently removes:

• your JNotes account (email address and display name)
• all online backups of your notes

Notes stored on your phone are kept, unless you choose to delete them as well. Deletion can't be undone.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open JNotes and go to Settings → Backup & account.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password, or your Google account.

Your account and backups are deleted immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email debaewansiha@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my JNotes account”. We delete the account and all of its backups within 30 days and confirm by email.
